Traditional brokers usually charge 1–2% with no cap, which can run into several lakhs on a high-value home. Our fee is 1% and capped at ₹99,000 — so on bigger properties you can save lakhs, and you only pay when the sale actually closes.

Verified listings carry a MatchMyGhar Verified badge, meaning we've checked ownership, key documents and photos before it went live. Some apartment project details are compiled for reference and prices are indicative — always confirm current details with the seller or builder before any payment.
