Is MatchMyGhar free for buyers?
Yes. Buyers use MatchMyGhar completely free — searching, AI matching, saving properties and scheduling visits cost nothing.
How does the AI matching work?
You tell us your budget, preferred areas, commute and lifestyle. Our engine scores every verified listing and returns a short, ranked list with a clear reason each property fits you — plus honest caveats.
What does it cost to sell my property?
Listing is free. For active marketing we offer two plans — ₹5,999 (Premium Listing) and ₹9,999 (Premium + professional photos and video). A success fee of 1.5% applies only when your property actually sells.
Are the listings verified?
We verify listings and show a verification badge. Apartment project details are compiled for reference and prices are indicative — always confirm current details with the seller or builder before any payment.
How do I list my property?
Create a free account, click 'List your property', choose Flat / Plot / Office, fill in the details and add photos. Your listing goes live immediately.
Do you work with builders?
Yes. We partner with reputed builders and developers as a channel partner to bring their projects to genuinely matched buyers. See our Builders page to partner with us.
Which areas of Bangalore do you cover?
