We ask for and review key documents — title/khata, approvals (BBMP/BDA/BMRDA/DTCP), and RERA registration where applicable — so you know the basics are in order before you visit.

Real photos & details

Listing photos and details are checked for accuracy. If something looks copied or misleading, it does not go live. What you see is what you visit.

Fair pricing check

We compare the asking price against recent ₹/sqft in the same locality and flag anything that looks off, so you negotiate with real data.
