We'd rather you be safe than make a sale. Keep these in mind for any property, anywhere — not just on MatchMyGhar.

  • Never pay a token or advance before you've physically visited the property and met the owner.
  • Always verify the title/khata, approvals (BBMP/BDA/BMRDA/DTCP) and RERA registration where applicable.
  • Get every promise in writing. Avoid deals that pressure you to pay urgently in cash.
  • Cross-check the asking price against recent ₹/sqft in the same locality before negotiating.
  • Consult a lawyer to review documents before any payment or registration.
  • If anything feels off, pause and ask us — a genuine seller will never rush you.
